En 2017, Haddad Brands Europe, est née quant à elle de la rencontre des dirigeants de Haddad Brands US et de quatre entrepreneurs français, spécialistes de vêtements sous licences, connaissant parfaitement le marché européen .
Haddad Brands Europe, founded 6 years ago, is specialized in the Europe-wide distribution of children’s textiles under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren…).
The company has experienced incredible growth since its creation, and already has over 500 employees across Europe .
We distribute our products both wholesale, with major specialist and multi-brand manufacturers, and retail, via our corners in department stores.
To support our Merchandising team, we are looking for an Associate Merchandising on permanent contract in Hilversum.
Key Responsibilities:
Merchandising
- Detail and execute the EMEA full IMP Merchandising Strategy, including channel segmentation, membership offers, and account differentiation.
- Land the member-led ND Assortment Framework by Gender, Segment, Product Engine, and Classification, in partnership with Planning.
- Focus on digital marketplace.
Business
- Drive the Jordan x Haddad assortment strategy from concept to in-season trade.
- Leverage marketplace results and consumer insights to identify opportunities for adapting current business and shaping future assortments and line plans.
- Define and communicate Geo allocations in conjunction with Planning.
Stakeholder Management
- Actively involve cross-functional partners and manage the CODE effectively.
Influencing
- Influence both upstream (line planning) and downstream (assortment planning and trade decisions) through CODE.
Communication
- Deliver clear, convincing communication with inspirational storytelling to effectively engage stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the fashion (sports) industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication and negotiating skills necessary.
- High level of creative and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Project management skills
- Team player
- Excellent MS Excel, Word and Power Point skills
