Job description
Collaborate across functions to ensure business and marketplace partners are set up to achieve key strategic priorities.
Lead teams through change in a dynamic environment, enhancing consumer experiences across marketplace touchpoints.
Facilitate impact mapping discussions, guide decision-making, and manage escalations related to business and regulatory impacts.
Work with business, data, and technology teams to plan and deliver roadmaps that align with compliance, consumer needs, environmental considerations, and overall business value.
Drive decision-making through business cases and a clear KPI framework focused on consumer, environmental, and business outcomes.
Lead and coordinate project teams to develop new capabilities and scale existing solutions.
Align key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure priority deliverables are met.
Requirements
Proven expertise in business strategy, change management, or senior program management within marketplace and/or retail industries.
Experienced in handling complex challenges within highly matrixed organizations.
Skilled in making strategic trade-offs to maximize ROI and effectively resolve conflicts.
Strong relationship-building abilities and adept at managing senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability to adapt to and prioritize shifting demands in dynamic environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts through clear storytelling and impactful presentations.
Working conditions
This concerns a temporary role via Undutchables with a possibility to be extended, for 40 hours a week. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience.
