ROLE
As an Audience Research & Insights Intern, you will assist in analyzing and interpreting audience behaviour, helping to uncover key trends and opportunities for our artists and label. This role offers hands-on experience in a creative and fast-paced industry, ideal for someone enthusiastic about music, human behaviour, and data-driven storytelling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with researching audience demographics, interests, and social media behaviour.
Assist with analyzing data from platforms like Spotify, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Identify emerging trends and audience insights for artists and campaigns.
Assist in creating personas and detailed reports for marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align insights with goals.
Learn and utilize new tools to effectively understand and monitor audience behavior.
QUALIFICATIONS
MANDATORY: Must be enrolled in a study program during the internship (February 2026 – August 2026).
MANDATORY: Must have aninternship supervisor assigned by their educational institution.
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Psychology, Communication Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Passion for music and understanding audience behaviour.
Research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Literature review skills to stay updated on the latest findings and trends in audience behaviour.
Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or social media insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of the music industry is a plus.
