IFF is very excited to welcome a new Key Account Manager (Flavors) to our team, and we hope it’s you!
The job location is flexible in the Netherlands or Belgium (with occasional travel to the site in Hilversum).
As a Key Account Manager you are responsible for a mix of a number of important Regional and local Flavor accounts. In this role you report into the Flavors Sales Manager Benelux. You will be part of Global account teams or even could potentially be the Global Key Account manager. You will take care of managing the sales to these accounts effectively; with the goal to ensure growth of the business with them. You will work in the Flavor Sales Benelux department in close cooperation with Operations, Creation and Applications and Marketing departments within IFF.

-Ordering and progress tracking of samples and required documentation
-Keeping the customer up to date at all times
Job Requiremens
Your bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration or food technology will be a plus.
• We will rely on your 3-5 years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales Management function, preferably within the food ingredients / flavours industry
• Relevant work experience in flavors and food markets
• You will bring strategic thinking, strong communication & negotiation skills to our team.
• The preferred candidate will be proficient in Fluent in English and in Dutch is required, additional languages is an advantage.
• The preferred candidate will be a good listener, have open personality with a flexible approach.
• Translate customer needs into solutions.
• Short term result driven and keeping in mind long term goals.
• Ability to create strong relationships with customers.
• Well organized.
• Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office).
• You can travel approx. 40%, mostly within the Benelux and also to other European locations.
