We are looking for a Live Ops Senior Specialist to join the Nike team. Are you ready to jump in and lead large cross-functional teams through the prevention and resolution of incidents? This is your chance.
It is a role for 40 hours a week, we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. It’s a role till the end of February 2026. Do you have work experience in direct-to-consumer retail e-commerce with a specific focus on operational project and process management? We are looking for you!

What Will You Do
You’ll drive, manage, and evolve the 365-operational support strategy for Nike’s EMEA Commerce Platforms, across all our 30+ EMEA countries. Together with your Global counterparts and key EMEA stakeholders, you’ll build and maintain a smooth operating model. You are responsible for the 365 Live Ops programming, establishing effective processes, policies, and action plans that help prevent incidents from happening. And if they happen, you will lead teams through these incidents, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively, minimizing the impact on Nike’s consumers and business operations.
Consequently, you’ll organize all efforts to prevent them in the future. You are the lead that ensures that all cross-functional teams have what they need to smoothly and efficiently do their work.
Where Will You Work
The Nike Direct Digital Operations team supports the day-to-day operations for our digital business. You work in an exciting and dynamic environment which is a key growth area of the organization. The team works as a broader operations team with key areas of focus that continuously learn from each other. There’s never a dull moment! This position reports to the Digital Commerce Operations Senior Manager. In this role, you will work closely with Nike’s core Digital Operations teams as well as business teams, Technology, Supply Chain, Consumer Care, and Marketing to name a few. This role also interacts with teams in other regions as well as Nike’s global team based at the World Headquarters.
NIKE EHQ is based on an inspiring campus in Hilversum. Colleagues from all over the world are located in and amongst numerous parks, cycling lanes, and running tracks. Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
