Partner Marketing Manager – Adecco – Hilversum

We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The role is for 40 hours per week, with a contract for 1 year dependent on start date.

What does the role involve?

We are looking for an experienced and talented brand marketer who has a profound understanding of project management within the Sports and Lifestyle industry. Our ideal candidate can build strong relationships, is highly motivated to achieve results in partnership, and can manage multiple collaborators while demonstrating independent thinking.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with key partners in the Consumer Construct and Consumer Direct Marketing teams. Your main responsibility will be to align and localize marketing priorities for Partner Marketing, in order to provide a more personalized experience for consumers while maximizing business opportunities. You will need to establish strong relationships with marketing functions within CDM such as Nike Direct Stores Marketing, Member Marketing, and Digital Direct Marketing. You will also work closely with other marketing functions such as Creative, Catalyst Marketing, and Sports Marketing.

What will you be doing?

The Consumer Direct Marketing team has been designed to provide functional excellence across One Nike Marketplace. Our goal is to amplify the Nike brand within the Partners Consumer base, crafting the future of the marketplace and how we serve athletes through it. This role is part of the agile team that leads the work to build direct connections with our athletes* and loyal consumers. Core responsibilities will include:

  • Support in crafting the holistic and coordinated partner Marketing strategy with a sharp focus on membership and loyalty
  • Manage the Nike experience within the Partner’s ecosystem through an omni-channel approach and connect it back into our own Nike channels.
  • Create a continuous communication program, building loyalty/membership propositions that drive year-round consumer engagement.
  • Lead and engage in the Consumer Code process to support seasonal planning, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on seasonal priorities, critical metrics, and hindsight process.
  • Build relationship with internal partners, share results and findings allowing the wider organization to grow.

  • Proficiency in category and/or brand marketing, ability to define and serve the full spectrum of the consumer.

  • A proven track record of connecting with our consumers through insight-led execution of cross-functional brand marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience identifying, owning, and handling external relationships with individuals and organizations, aligned with Nike’s strategic objectives
  • Bonus points for:

  • Proven experience in Loyalty/Member Marketing and Targeted Marketing.
  • Prior experience in leveraging Media through Account Marketing channels.
  • Experience in content roll out across Nike direct digital owned platforms and media.
