We’re looking for someone who:

  1. Brings proven experience in professional training or coaching, ideally gained in a branded retail setting.
  2. Has a strong history of driving commercial success through impactful training and development initiatives.
  3. Demonstrates exceptional selling abilities.
  4. Excels in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
  5. Has hands-on experience delivering dynamic training sessions, whether in classrooms, on-site, or online.
  6. Is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, providing constructive feedback during store visits and workshops in an inspiring and motivational manner.
  7. Is an engaging, charismatic, and motivating presence with a best in class mentality.
  8. Approaches tasks and projects with a positive, solutions-focused mindset and is able to bring knowledge to life in a creative way.
  9. Possesses strong organizational skills and a track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
  10. Translates business strategy into tangible training.
  11. Understands the ‘customer first’ approach.
  12. Is used to understanding how to measure the outcome of training.
  13. Can adapt to flexible work arrangements, including frequent travel.
  14. Thrives working independently while ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept in the loop, especially in a remote team environment.
  15. Is proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  16. Has a valid driver’s license – this is essential.
  17. Holds a qualification in Coaching, Training, L&D, or Retail (desirable but not essential).
  18. As this is a global role, proficiency in English & Dutch is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions to frontline store teams in-person and virtually.
  2. Roll out training programs while continuously improving them by incorporating feedback and insights from the field.
  3. Equip store teams with the skills to provide an exceptional customer experience by conducting in-store training 3-4 days per week.
  4. Support the development of the Regional managers by growing their leadership and customer service capabilities while acting as a sparring partner.
  5. Complete administrative tasks related to training, including creating reports and maintaining tracking systems.
  6. Ensure seamless knowledge transfer from digital or in-person training sessions to everyday store operations during visits.
  7. Analyze business and people metrics to identify skill gaps and propose effective learning solutions.
  8. Build and nurture strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  9. Collaborate closely with the broader Learning and Development team to align on goals and strategies.
