We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings proven experience in professional training or coaching, ideally gained in a branded retail setting.
- Has a strong history of driving commercial success through impactful training and development initiatives.
- Demonstrates exceptional selling abilities.
- Excels in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Has hands-on experience delivering dynamic training sessions, whether in classrooms, on-site, or online.
- Is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, providing constructive feedback during store visits and workshops in an inspiring and motivational manner.
- Is an engaging, charismatic, and motivating presence with a best in class mentality.
- Approaches tasks and projects with a positive, solutions-focused mindset and is able to bring knowledge to life in a creative way.
- Possesses strong organizational skills and a track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Translates business strategy into tangible training.
- Understands the ‘customer first’ approach.
- Is used to understanding how to measure the outcome of training.
- Can adapt to flexible work arrangements, including frequent travel.
- Thrives working independently while ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept in the loop, especially in a remote team environment.
- Is proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Has a valid driver’s license – this is essential.
- Holds a qualification in Coaching, Training, L&D, or Retail (desirable but not essential).
- As this is a global role, proficiency in English & Dutch is a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions to frontline store teams in-person and virtually.
- Roll out training programs while continuously improving them by incorporating feedback and insights from the field.
- Equip store teams with the skills to provide an exceptional customer experience by conducting in-store training 3-4 days per week.
- Support the development of the Regional managers by growing their leadership and customer service capabilities while acting as a sparring partner.
- Complete administrative tasks related to training, including creating reports and maintaining tracking systems.
- Ensure seamless knowledge transfer from digital or in-person training sessions to everyday store operations during visits.
- Analyze business and people metrics to identify skill gaps and propose effective learning solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate closely with the broader Learning and Development team to align on goals and strategies.
