Job Description

  • Interface between customers, account managers and internal stakeholders in day-to-day operations
  • • Support of the sales process

    • Creation of offers

    • Creation, management and administration of bonus and discount agreements with customers

    • Administrative support for the account management

    • Processing of customer inquiries

    • Collection of sample orders for customers and independent follow-up

    • Processing of the sales forecast

    • Creation of sales statistics for customer visits and price negotiations

    • Entry of prices into the appropriate databases; Regular review of price validity and initiation of extension or redefinition

    • Processing of supplier questionnaires & raw material specifications and follow-up independently

    • Processing of customer complaints

    • Support Finance in controlling payments

    • Assistance in organizing customer events, internal and international meetings

    Job Requirements

    Required Skills 

    • First experience in customer service and/or internal sales

    • Enjoying commercial and organizational activities

    • Ability to set priorities quickly, in a structured, professional, independent and solution-oriented manner

    • Ability to adapt to changes

    • Strong communication skills, an open personality and a strong team spirit

    • Confident mastery of the MS Office package, Salesforce and knowledge of handling SAP/R3 is a plus

    • High degree of self-motivation, enjoys contact with business partners and international colleagues

    • Completed commercial training as well as experience in an international environment is a plus
