As a Senior Account Manager A&D you will develop, implement & execute a Sales Strategy with a group of A&D partners in order to grow and develop business opportunities that will result in increased and profitable sales to support the overall business strategy of the company
JOB DESCRIPTION
To lead the defined set of A&D partners and coordinate business activities with the Top-2 A&D partner
To provide excellent leadership to current IFF’s partners in EAME region and ensure IFF’s interests are represented in a positive and professional manner internally and externally
To harmonize and centralize activities for A&D business in close collaboration with key stakeholders
To ensure definition of the established optimized core principles and rules of cooperation to execute a clear Service & Business model for A&D partners
To structure the Go 2 Market strategy to deliver the budgeted growth with defined A&Ds
To contribute to strategic commercial negotiation (agency/distribution agreements, annual pricing, payment terms, rebates/cost savings agreements, supply agreements)
To manage effectively team across the various functions to respond to Value to Market projects with aim to achieve profitable growth
To allocate resource adequately to answer & win briefs in line with cost to serve framework
To monitor sales figures and prepare data analysis, ensure full understanding of the business
To report quarterly the sales figures to IFF commercial and category managers
To ensure profitable growth through value creation projects addressing supply chain issues
To create a culture of excellence and success that instills belief in the team
Job Requirements

Highly developed interpersonal skills and a good team player in cross cultural and cross functional teams, high identification with IFF as a company

Excellent computer skills (Outlook, MS Office especially PowerPoint & Excel)
Excellent written and verbal business English (German or Dutch is a plus)
Master degree in business or marketing
10+ years of work experience of which 5+ years experience in Key Account Management in the fragrance industry.
