Our spatial designers collaborate with culturally and geographically diverse cross-functional teams of designers, art directors, copywriters, strategists, motion designers, producers, and developers. Job Description: We are looking for a visionary Mid-level Spatial Designer to join our team in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will have a good experience in architecture and experiential design, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development: Drive the development of innovative design concepts that align with project goals and KPIs.
  • Architectural Design: Creation of detailed plans, elevations, and 3D models.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior architects, designers, and creatives to ensure integrated design solutions.
  • Innovation: Lead efforts to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge innovations.
  • Sustainability: Integrate sustainability into design concepts, creating environmentally responsible and innovative solutions.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in spatial design, architecture, brand experience scenography or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of high-impact architectural and experiential design projects.
  • Expert proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D max, Lumion or Corona render and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent knowledge and communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Visionary thinking with a keen eye for detail.
