Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: 

Customer Partnership

• Support in building knowledge of specific market, customer environment and specific customer activities, strategies, brands, markets, consumers via all available sources 
• Develop understanding of customer decision making criteria 
• Timely and accurately document customer visits and insights 
• In collaboration with colleagues, understand customer regulatory requirements/changes and regularly inform Global Regulatory Assurance and IC&D

Personal Development

• Demonstrate IFF Culture Principles and Values 
• Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders across functions and geographies to achieve a common goal 
• Build meaningful relationships and networks across the organization 
• Drive personal development to gain the experience and competence required to independently manage accounts 
• Proactively solicit feedback to drive continuous development and personal growth

Account Strategy

• Understand the assigned sales 
• Identify and request the required account resources
• Support the overall Global Account Strategy identifying contribution of your assigned brands

Project Management

• Qualify business opportunities with input creative team with support of line manager 
• Provide detailed project insight to the team in order to clearly define brief parameters and capture them in Project management system 
• Generate proposal/price with approval of reporting manager.
• Coordinate presentation materials 
• Ensure optimal engagement of customer network with support of line management 
• Communicate project results and/or organize internal debrief 
• Coordinate win/loss analysis and share project learnings via Project management system with support of line management
• Ensure project Management tool is quarterly updated for global reporting

Drive sales growth and profitability whilst managing costs

• Monitor account sales performance (monthly / quarterly / annually) and provide project updates to Manager 
• Actively contributes to winning projects 

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 – 3 years of Experience in sales or sales service, product development, account planning or marketing preferably fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG

• Curiosity and passion with strong interests in sales, product development, consumers, and market understanding (Marketing/R&D/CI)
