Join Nike in Hilversum and launch your career In this role, you will support the execution of seasonal sourcing strategies for assigned product categories, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring product to life. You will own and manage the Product Cost Planning process in collaboration with Product Creation, ensuring products are developed to world-class standards while meeting profitability and business targets.
This role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking and collaboration. You will work across teams to assess scenarios, solve complex problems, and communicate insights clearly to support informed decision-making. Experience in garments, manufacturing, and/or supply chain operations is a strong plus.
This assignment is until October 2026.
What are you going to do?
- Partner with Product Creation and Sourcing teams to evaluate cost trade-offs and support margin target achievement.
- Analyze product quotes and proactively propose alternative solutions (e.g. materials, construction methods, sourcing options) when costs exceed targets.
- Support multi-sourcing strategies to optimize cost, mitigate risk, and align with trade benefits.
- Run and maintain cost and planning reports to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across teams.
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making throughout the seasonal planning process.
