Your key responsibilities:
Own our internal and external processes, from monitoring and escalating issues to proactively proposing improvements.
Project management on roll out of new processes like chatbot flows, new channels such as WhatsApp but also functionalities/automation within our Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
Understanding business needs and challenges and making sure these get translated into clear user stories for our IT counterparts to keep improving our services.
The scope is very broad, and you will have the opportunity to have a huge positive impact on our customer experience!
The ideal candidate:
2 years of experience in a role such as business analyst, process improver or consultant.
Understanding of both business and IT.
Proactive and flexible attitude, you know when to steer on predefined goals and milestones, but also when to adjust them to new situations.
Fluent in English and another European language, preferably Dutch or German.
Someone who enjoys working on multiple diverse projects at the same time but is also happy to chase updates on escalations with other departments.
