What are you going to do?
The FxN (Fulfilled by Nike) team seeks a Commerce Lead to accelerate revenue growth within this rapidly expanding area. As part of Nike Digital, FxN leverages Nike Digital inventory while partnering closely with Nike Marketplace Partners to capture consumer demand on FxN‑enabled partner sites. This business has delivered strong growth over the past year and is a key strategic priority moving forward. We are looking for a proactive, passionate, and entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
You will manage relationships with selected FxN partners, drive commercial decision‑making, and oversee execution with both partner and Nike teams. You will build partner‑specific commercial plans, identify growth opportunities, ensure accountability across teams, and manage end‑to‑end processes. Collaboration with Planning, Digital Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and NMP teams is essential.
Key responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with partners and their teams
Develop joint commercial plans and targets
Drive accountability across partner and Nike functions
Identify and quickly act on commercial opportunities
Improve processes and ways of working across teams
Manage internal and external stakeholders end‑to‑end

What do we ask?
Minimum 5 years relevant experience (ideally in account or vendor management ideally within the Partner Program/3P space)
Solid understanding of the digital marketplace across sales, merchandising, planning, or competitive insights
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to build relationships and lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives
Structured, resilient approach to driving accountability
Strong commercial mindset and marketplace understanding
Agile, proactive team player focused on impact
