What are you going to do?
You’ll be working in the EMEA Digital Marketing Running & Training team, playing a critical role in our seasonal offense by executing impactful digital campaigns and product stories across Nike.com, Nike App, and Email. In this role:
- You will work both independently and in cross‑functional, collaborative settings.
- You will support the Digital Marketing Leads across Running & Training in the execution of seasonal digital marketing plans.
- You will manage the campaign run‑of‑show, owning deliverables from creative briefing through go‑live and coordinating with multiple stakeholders (designers, copywriters, content operations, digital experience, media, analytics).
- You will collaborate with key partners across marketing and business functions to ensure alignment and on‑time campaign delivery.
- You will support campaign performance tracking and analysis, helping identify opportunities to optimize execution and continuously improve results.

What do we ask?
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital, media, or brand roles.
- Experience supporting digital campaigns and bringing consumer journeys to life across owned channels.
- Comfortable working in a cross‑functional, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to balance creative teamwork with operational execution.
- Experience and interest in working with data, using insights to track performance and improve results.
- Passion for sport, culture, and the Nike brand, with a consumer‑first mindset.
- Familiarity with tools such as Keynote, Airtable, Figma, and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
