Join the Nike Direct Digital Business Operations team at Nike EHQ, where they support the daily operations of Nike’s fast-growing digital business. What are you going to do?
You will join the Business Operations team and support the daily operations of Nike’s online jersey customization service, helping consumers personalize their favorite jerseys. You will assist in the planning and execution of the builder process, ensuring accuracy and smooth operations. This role also supports the preparation and execution of the 2026 World Cup tournament.
Your responsibilities include:
• Managing day-to-day personalization issues with the ELC distribution center
• Supporting the Jersey ID Operations Senior Specialist with builder and image readiness
• Assisting with retail campaign moments and launches
• Handling personalization issue management and troubleshooting
• Coordinating with vendors on daily operational activities

What do we ask?
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in direct-to-consumer retail or e-commerce; process improvement is a plus
• Experience working with vendors or external partners preferred
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Quick to learn new systems; experience with Airtable or similar tools is a plus
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, proactive, and a collaborative team player
