In order to strengthen its Finance department it’s seeking to attract a Director Accounting Control EMEA who will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Accounting Control discipline in a complex international environment. He/she will be reporting into the CFO EMEA/APAC. /p h3Positie /h3 ul liLead and develop local accounting control teams in EMEA /li liResponsible for accurate monthly and annual close processes for all EMEAbr/entities /li liLead internal and external audit processes /li liManage balance sheet integrity /li liDevelop, maintain and improve internal control environment /li liEnsure compliance with group and statutory accounting tax principles /li liIdentify, assess and mitigate financials risks /li liDrive collaboration across countries, build shares services where possible and build strong connection with Aalberts HQ finance team /li liLead automation and digital transformation initiatives within accounting control (ERP, BI) /li liImprove efficiency and drive uniform closing, reporting and compliancebr/processes /li liAsk a key stakeholder for ERP deployments and finance systems optimization /li /ul h3Profiel /h3 ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance or controlling orbr/equivalent /li li10-15 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles in accounting control experience in complex multinational environment with regional scope /li liStrong knowledge of ERP systems and BI tools /li liExperience in finance transformation is a preference /li liResult‑driven and solid decision making skills /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
