Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Oversight:

    • Manage day-to-day logistics operations in the Netherlands, ensuring that warehouse stock levels meet project and customer requirements.

    • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory and on-time deliveries.

    • Assist in long-term planning for large-scale projects ranging from €50,000 to €500,000.

  2. Customer Service and Support:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients in the Netherlands and Germany.

    • Address and resolve customer inquiries, manage order processing, and provide updates on project timelines.

    • Support project management by ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared and in place.

  3. Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with the tactical manager, technical staff, HR assistant, marketing manager, and account managers to align operational objectives with company goals.

    • Coordinate with customer service teams in the Netherlands and Germany to ensure seamless cross-border operations.

  4. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and partners.

    • Contribute to strategic growth plans, including the future supervision of warehouse operations.

    • Assist with planning and executing customer orders and ensuring accurate invoicing.

    • Foster strong relationships with clients to support the commercial aspects of the business and push for results when needed.
