Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

Manage day-to-day logistics operations in the Netherlands, ensuring that warehouse stock levels meet project and customer requirements.

Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory and on-time deliveries.

Assist in long-term planning for large-scale projects ranging from €50,000 to €500,000.

Customer Service and Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients in the Netherlands and Germany.

Address and resolve customer inquiries, manage order processing, and provide updates on project timelines.

Support project management by ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared and in place.

Collaboration and Coordination:
-
Work closely with the tactical manager, technical staff, HR assistant, marketing manager, and account managers to align operational objectives with company goals.

Coordinate with customer service teams in the Netherlands and Germany to ensure seamless cross-border operations.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and partners.

Contribute to strategic growth plans, including the future supervision of warehouse operations.

Assist with planning and executing customer orders and ensuring accurate invoicing.

Foster strong relationships with clients to support the commercial aspects of the business and push for results when needed.
