This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the Employee life cycle. The team is responsible for executing and monitoring employee lifecycle events and ensuring Nike employee data is correct and complete. What are you going to do?
The Global Process Delivery (GPD) Professional II delivers core HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. The role ensures accurate, compliant, and high‑quality data in Workday, ServiceNow, and all downstream systems while managing lifecycle transactions and tickets. It also serves as a subject‑matter expert in employee data flows and understands how these flows impact payroll, benefits, mobility, and compliance.
As part of Nike’s People Solutions and GPD teams, this position works closely with HR partners across the Hire to Retire process. This includes collaboration with Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams, Payroll, Advisory, People Solutions Consultants, Business HR, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant, and scalable HR service delivery.
Other responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions and maintain accurate HR data.
- Handle ServiceNow tickets, provide timely support, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Conduct audits, resolve data issues, and execute core HR tasks such as onboarding, payroll inputs, and contract changes.
- Research and solve complex HR or system-related issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Support or lead key HR projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational excellence.

- English required; Dutch preferred.
