What are you going to do?
As our Global Process Delivery (GPD) Analyst I, you will support the administrative and financial operations within GPD across EMEA. You will contribute to the efficient handling of invoice processing and operational support activities. Within the team, you will provide reliable support to internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring smooth execution of administrative and financial processes. Strong attention to detail, stakeholder collaboration, and communication skills are key for success in this role.
What will you work on?
- Source 2 Pay process: Support the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process for GPD vendors, including validation, audits and coordination with Finance for timely payment execution. Ensure accurate and complete invoice tracking, follow-up, and issue resolution with vendors.
- Administrative Operations Support: Provide general administrative support across GPD processes, including company car fines, reporting, and documentation management.
- Process Management & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process standardization and optimization initiatives within GPD operations. Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery and operational performance. Support reconciliation activities and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

What do we ask?
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, administration, finance, or a similar environment
- Experience with invoice processing, financial administration, or vendor coordination is a plus
- Affinity with systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Coupa or SAP is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and accurate way of working
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Team player with flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
