Are you passionate about HR operations, data accuracy, and delivering an excellent employee experience? As a Global Process Delivery Professional II (EMEA), you will play a key role in executing core HR processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting employee lifecycle operations across Nike’s EMEA organization. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery, optimize workflows, and maintain compliance across countries.

This is a temporary assignment until February 26th, 2027

What are you going to do?

As a Global Process Delivery Professional II (EMEA), you will be responsible for executing and monitoring HR operations processes and ensuring high-quality employee data across systems.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Executing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contracts, employee changes, terminations, and leave of absences
  • Managing and completing ServiceNow tickets and Workday tasks while consistently meeting KPIs and SLAs
  • Ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant employee data across HR systems supporting payroll, benefits, mobility, and immigration
  • Performing complex data updates (especially Leave of Absence processes) requiring advanced system knowledge and attention to detail
  • Handling non-standard HR requests through in-depth analysis, research, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
  • Monitoring and auditing data quality via GPD production plans, identifying issues and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing system and workflow enhancements

What do we ask?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably within an international environment
  • Strong experience with Workday and ServiceNow (SNOW)
  • Knowledge of EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
  • Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR data dependencies
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and independent mindset
