Deliver a seamless seasonal product‑ordering process for Marketing by acting as the central point of contact for all ordering needs, supporting teams to work efficiently and effectively, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve and streamline processes. This is a two month assignment.

What are you going to do?

  • Execute Seasonal Seeding & Ordering Processes: Lead and support the end-to-end seasonal product ordering process across EMEA Marketing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery for key brand shoots, seeding initiatives, and earned-media moments.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, and other key stakeholders to support operational and contract-management needs.
  • Support Tool & Process Rollouts: Act as the functional expert for new tools, processes, and ways of working by guiding implementation, testing functionality, and continuously optimising set-ups.
  • Enable & Train Users for Success: Provide clear guidance, training, and ongoing support to divisional partners involved in product ordering to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Identify & Implement Process Improvements: Proactively recommend new solutions and optimisations by developing business cases grounded in user feedback, internal data, learnings, and relevant industry insights.
