What are you going to do?
- Own day-to-day operational performance and cross-functional collaboration in support of the Sports strategy.
- Contribute to a consistent operational approach to executing Sports strategic priorities.
- Focus on launches and operational KPIs by driving visibility and actions across the Sports cross-functional team.
- Apply strong matrix management and prioritization skills while partnering with Sports teams, NMP MSC, Seasonal Execution, and Responsive teams.
- Drive alignment with Logistics, Planning, and key internal and external partners.
- Champion continuous improvement across tools, processes, and end-to-end collaboration.
