Nike EHQ is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support the execution of seasonal product assortments across Nike Direct channels (stores and digital). In this role, you will focus on maintaining accurate merchandising data, executing tasks within systems, and ensuring timely and consistent rollout of assortments.
You will collaborate with internal teams, follow established workflows, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable operational support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, execution-focused work and takes pride in precision and consistency.
What will you be doing?
You will support the execution of Nike’s seasonal assortments across Nike Direct channels, ensuring accurate and timely product availability.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute operational tasks to support seasonal assortment plans
- Maintain and update product data in merchandising systems
- Support buying and trading processes with accurate, timely system updates
- Act as a key contact for Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, and Digital teams
- Monitor and flag data or process issues
- Support Airtable tools, KPI tracking, and follow defined workflows for consistent execution
