Ready to play a key role in transforming how Nike uses data to drive business decisions? As a Data & Tooling Specialist, you will enable “insights to action” by building scalable reporting, automations, and dashboards that support business reviews and operational excellence.We’re looking for someone analytical, structured, and hands-on, who enjoys translating complex business needs into practical data solutions and tooling that drives clarity and impact.
This is a temporary assignment until 31 December 2026.
What are you going to do?
You will support EBP Operations by improving POS and Bookings reporting, while building scalable tools that enhance business reviews, decision-making, and follow‑through.
- Streamline weekly RSV trend reporting, reducing manual effort and improving clarity for executive audiences
- Automate POS (Sports x Marketplace) and Bookings reporting, eliminating manual “cut & paste” processes
- Translate business requirements into scalable data models, workflows, and dashboards
- Build and optimize dashboards (e.g., Answers, Tableau, Power BI) to drive actionable insights
- Develop Airtable solutions (meeting tracking, actions, decisions, timelines) as a single source of truth
- Set up automations (reminders, status tracking, notifications) to improve process discipline and follow‑up
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and repeatable refresh logic across reporting and tooling

What do we ask?
- Strong analytical mindset with experience translating business needs into data solutions
- Solid SQL skills and experience working with data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
- Experience with dashboarding tools (Answers, Tableau, Power BI) to deliver clear insights
- Hands-on experience with Airtable (or similar tools), including workflows and automations
- Ability to build scalable, low‑maintenance solutions rather than one-off analyses
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to run lightweight requirement sessions
- Structured, independent way of working with a focus on quality, usability, and impact
