ph3WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH /h3 pAs the Principal, DEI, EMEA, you will partner closely with the Senior Director, DEI EMEA/GC to co‑own, shape, and activate enterprise‑wide DEI strategies across the EMEA region. Your role is highly collaborative, working across HR, Talent, and business teams to ensure DEI is embedded into everyday operations and decision‑making. /p pYou will adapt global DEI programs to reflect the cultural, legal, and regulatory realities of EMEA markets, while also designing and activating region‑specific initiatives where needed. /p pYou will collaborate with: /p ul liBusiness HR and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) /li liPeople Solutions (PSC and PSS) /li liDEI team peers (regional and global) /li liEmployee Resource Group (ERG) leaders /li liGlobal Places Services /li liSenior business leaders /li liLegal and Employee Relations /li liCommunications /li liHR Centers of Excellence (COEs) /li /ul h3WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 pYou bring a strong understanding of the EMEA region, including the diversity of cultures and regulatory environments across countries. You are experienced in designing and delivering impactful programs, influencing senior stakeholders, and navigating complexity with confidence. You have strong program and project management skills and a familiarity with the development and execution of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs and/or have worked in HR and have implemented DEI programs. /p h3Key capabilities include: /h3 ul liProven experience developing and implementing DEI or HR programs across multiple markets /li liStrong understanding of data privacy, security, and legal compliance requirements /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clearly to senior leaders /li liAbility to build and sustain strong cross‑functional and cross‑regional partnerships /li liConfidence facilitating collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDemonstrated experience leading complex, multi‑market DEI or HR initiatives in regulated and culturally diverse environments /li liStrong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive strategic outcomes /li /ul h3WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON /h3 h3Strategic Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a strategic thought partner to HRBPs and senior business leaders by embedding DEI into core people and business strategies across EMEA /li liAnticipate and mitigate legal, Employee Relations, and reputational risk related to DEI practices across EMEA partnering closely with Legal, Employee relations, and Communications /li liWork closely with the Senior Director to ensure DEI practices are compliant with local laws across EMEA, updating or creating programs as needed /li liOwn and execute DEI communications strategy /li liApply innovation and creativity to how the programming from the Employee Resource Groups are customized for the needs of the EMEA Geo – adopting and evolving the global strategy to meet local needs and using effectiveness and maturity as a key measurement of success. /li liSupport integration of DEI into learning and development initiatives /li liShare talent intelligence and insights for the Geos with EMEA HR COEs for more impactful talent programming /li liPartner with the Senior Director and COE leads for integration of DEI practices across the talent lifecycle /li liOversee the development and delivery of DEI programs for Retail, Firstline, and Distribution Center populations /li /ul h3Operational Responsibilities /h3 ul liOperate effectively in a complex, enterprise environment with competing priorities across diverse EMEA markets, while remaining aligned with global DEI standards /li liBuild trusted relationships with HRBPs, business leaders, employees, and ERG leaders across the region /li liPartner with DEI peers to plan and deliver ERG events across EMEA countries /li liProactively identify risks, barriers, and opportunities for improvement, providing practical solutions while ensuring legal compliance /li liWork with other HR teams to ensure inclusive language is embedded and integrated across HR communications /li liDefine and track DEI impact metrics in partnership with HR COEs, balancing insight generation with data privacy and legal constraints /li /ul pApplication deadline: April 1st, 2026. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
