In this role you will drive the delivery of projects to develop and commercialize winning scent solutions for our customers. You support the various functions including sales and scent design management with planning, coordination, communication and administration. Reporting to the strategic planner, you will be accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of Fabric/Home Care Value To Market projects for various regional/global account supported from the Hilversum Creative Center.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Understanding project objectives and supporting communication of the approved project plan to the team members
Ensuring that all the resources (benchmarks, bases, oils for CI tests) needed for the project are available at the Creative Center
Responsibility for controlling and monitoring with regards to the project plan and brief parameters
Facilitating the network and planning of the projects
Responsibility for delivering the project successfully from a logistics perspective
Following the Project through until closure with final result recorded in the project management system PUMA (Won, Lost, Cancelled)
Facilitating customer visits, meetings and distributing minutes
Account Strategy
Developing understanding of the account strategy based on Category/Region
Building and maintaining understanding of customer portfolio, activities, strategy, brand, market and decision-making process
Building knowledge of Commercial Value To Market strategies in liaison with Sales
Knowledge Management
Assisting with updating status on projects in PUMA
Ability to work and contribute to knowledge management within projects, accounts, creative center (including sharepoint)
Business Process Management & Systems
Developing full understanding of sampling and shipping process
Agile usage & navigation of IFF tools and systems ensuring information is up-to-date and according to business standards
Contribute to identify, develop, and share best practices
Reporting
Support gathering, analyzing, and reporting for projects and within the creative center
Oversee team awareness of the Cost to Serve; costs associated with projects and ensure actions are taken to optimize when possible

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Fluent in Business English;
Proficient in computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with SAP is a plus
This is a full time position (40 hours per week). 4 days per week in the Creative Center, 1 day per week from home.
