Your Gateway to International Impact As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be the vital link between our global clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. You will manage everything from preparing tailored quotations to overseeing order fulfillment and delivery schedules. By coordinating closely with our production, purchasing, and logistics teams, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and manage accurate quotations and order confirmations for renowned international clients.
- Oversee the entire order process, ensuring precision and timeliness.
- Serve as the central point of contact for both internal departments and global customers, bridging technical and commercial aspects.
- Monitor and ensure on-time delivery by liaising with production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
- Support Account Managers with top-tier administrative and commercial assistance.
- Contribute to the commercial team’s success by assisting with marketing activities.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth global transportation operations.

What You Bring:
- HBO education in a technical or commercial field.
- A few years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a technical environment.
- Strong commercial, communication, and administrative skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach that drives results.
- Experience with modern software (e.g., Exact) is a plus.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
