We are looking for three CEMEA Sales Representatives for Jordan to join the Nike team! As a CEMEA rep for Jordan, you will be at the forefront of creating the future of the brand business. You will collaborate with Brand, Merchandising, Planning, and other internal stakeholders. As the sales lead, you will be responsible for hitting seasonal revenue targets as well as annual fiscal targets.
It is a role for 40 hours a week until the beginning of August 2026. You will work from the European Headquarters in Hilversum.

Who Are You
We are looking for someone with the following knowledge and skills:
- A few years of work experience in a similar role, with experience managing an account portfolio;
- Experience working with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
- A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency to drive revenue;
- Strong sales passion to hit the ground running, with the ability to influence stakeholders, create strategic opportunities, and execute them;
- Great interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and align with cross-functional peers;
- P&L understanding, negotiation skills, retail KPI savvy, and the ability to navigate ambiguity;
- A self-motivated sales lead ready to go with a positive mindset;
- Energetic and enthusiastic, bringing positivity to the team.
What Will You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reading & Reacting with Point of Sale Information on a weekly basis;
- Working daily with the account merchant, brand, and planning counterparts;
- Building strong working relationships and collaboration with account buyers and key personnel;
- Tracking the financials of the account monthly and driving G2N improvements;
- Collaborating with the financial director of Jordan and influencing Merch, Brand, and Planning on consumer-right commercial opportunities;
- Leading and driving seasonal code gates and aligning with cross-functional peers;
- Managing seasonal sell-ins and ensuring future and in-season targets are met;
- Traveling the market at least once a quarter to understand the state of play and create and execute Account Strategic plans (where relevant).
