We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Assortment Planner to join our client! In this role we are looking for someone who can run an assortment plan for Sport x Marketplace. What are you going to do?
- Manage Sport AP updating at key code gates from week 53 up and until in-season Responsive/AA at Franchise/Product Family x Channel (or MPU) level, broken down into a style-color plan for EMEA. Own open-to-Buy plans (OTB plans) and validate those by rolling Stock & Sales Plans (SSPs) to optimise Sales, Margin, Inventory & Product Health.
- Manage key Franchise/Product Family health aligning to global Franchise health targets and maintain a pull market for those. Define Key Franchises/Product Families that (NMP & NSP) MPUs manage and complete the AP outside those for season 1-4. Define and manage Allocations for those Franchises/Product Families that are globally constrained or that x-functional Sport teams select to manage.
- Drive Responsive/AA plans for season 1-6 including in-season proposing validated analytical forecast to MPUs, capturing MPU feedback and completing the forecast whilst optimizing Rev/Inv.
- Collaborate with x-functional partners in Merchandising, Nike Direct, Sales and S&IM (inside Sport teams and directly with MPUs) optimizing for key seasonal Sport and Marketplace moments.
- Plans important part of Sport-PE scope and works x-functionally self sufficiently. Independently drives project activities (day-to-day) and prioritizes workload & deliverables within the project.

What do we ask?
- Bachelor’s/Master/MBA degree in Merchandising, Inventory Management, Business Analytics or a related field.
- Strong assortment planning experience and good understanding of financial, product and supply planning, digital retail experience.
- Highly advanced excel skill, experience in top-down and bottom-up planning, analytics tools and/or other data modelling applications.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills; ability to think beyond prescribed solution.
- Demonstrate a self-starter attitude with positive energy and proactiveness to drive and act; fast paced, results driven, forward thinking, strong sense of accountability.
