Are you passionate about e-commerce, improving processes, and working with different teams? As a Sr. Specialist Commerce Acceleration, you will support the growth of Nike across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). In this 6-month assignment, you will work within Nike Digital to help create clear ways of working, improve processes, and support successful collaborations with internal teams and external partners.
What are you going to do?
As a Sr. Specialist, Commerce Acceleration, you will support the growth and operational excellence of Nike’s digital commerce ecosystem across EMEA.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the expansion and optimization of the Nike By You (NBY) business model across EMEA.
- Building and documenting scalable go-to-market processes for onboarding new Third-Party Product (3PP) vendors.
- Driving the operational execution and evolution of the 3PP business across both owned and partner channels.
- Creating end-to-end process flows, including vendor onboarding, activation timelines, and integration into existing Nike processes.
- Partnering with Marketing, Digital Operations, Partnerships, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure commercial readiness.
- Managing timelines, dependencies, and project deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Identifying process improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Bringing structure and clarity to complex projects within an international matrix organization.

What do we ask?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital commerce, operations, project management, or program delivery.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across international teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex processes.
- Experience working within a matrix organization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
