As a Marketplace Supply Chain Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a healthy orderbook and delivering best-in-class service to our marketplace partners. This is a temporary assignment running until the end of May 2027.
What are you going to do?
- Manage a healthy orderbook and drive optimal delivery performance for our Marketplace Partners throughout the season.
- Build strong relationships with Partners, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs while ensuring excellent service and supply chain execution.
- Lead operational calls, conduct orderbook audits, and facilitate order-writing workshops to improve ordering behaviour and maximize supply chain efficiencies.
- Monitor key supply chain KPIs and collaborate with Business Analysts to identify risks, opportunities, and actions required to achieve shipping goals.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Logistics, Transportation, Distribution Center, and external supply chain teams to optimize order flow and execution.
- Deliver clear reporting and insights to provide visibility on order status, shipment performance, and future delivery outlooks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leverage best practices, and challenge existing processes to enhance operational performance and partner satisfaction.

What do we ask?
We’re looking for an analytical and proactive professional who combines strong business acumen with a passion for data and process improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management, Partner Management, or a related customer‑facing role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Operations, or Logistics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across different functions and levels.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical capabilities, combined with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and compelling business stories.
- Experience working with SAP, Excel, and Tableau.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo and drive both short and long‑term supply chain strategies.
