Supply Chain Specialist (temporary)

Job description
Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to manage and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities across Central Europe, the Middle East and Africa (CEMEA).In this role, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, Sales, Planning and Marketplace Operations teams to ensure products reach marketplace partners at the right time. You will support product launches, seasonal transitions and commercial initiatives while identifying potential risks and coordinating solutions to improve operational performance.
This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of supply chain operations, analytics and commercial decision-making. You will take ownership of assigned accounts, products or business processes, use data to identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to a reliable and efficient supply chain.
Manage end-to-end supply chain activities for a portfolio of marketplace partners, accounts or products, supporting timely and reliable product delivery.
Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Planning, Marketplace Operations and Supply Chain teams to coordinate priorities and support effective business decisions.
Support product launches, seasonal transitions and key commercial initiatives by identifying potential risks, coordinating action plans and monitoring progress.
Analyse data, reports and marketplace insights to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges and improve product availability, service levels and the overall customer experience.
Take ownership of assigned processes or areas of responsibility, develop subject-matter expertise and contribute to best practices across the CEMEA region.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve operational efficiency and strengthen overall supply chain performance.
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support cross-functional collaboration and business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
Minimum 2 years of directly relevant experience in Supply Chain Operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
The ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex business challenges and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
A proactive and ownership-driven mindset, combined with curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
An interest in improving processes, operational performance and the overall supply chain experience.
Currently residing in Hilversum or the surrounding area.

Working conditions
Contract via Undutchables and competitive secondary benefits.
