We are looking for an HBO-educated laboratory analyst for a small QC-team in a biotech firm near Hilversum. You have a broad set of tasks and responsibilities, read on below!
Job description
You are part of a small team that has a wide set of responsibilities, the analyses themselves range from microbiology to analytical chemistry, but you also do administrative work. Once you have more experience, you will do method development, method validation, write reports, and work with external labs. This team does microbiological assays to monitor the cleanrooms, HPLC analysis, SDS-Page and western blot for the analysis of the final products, and simple chemical analyses on the incoming goods. We are looking for a candidate with an HBO-degree (Bachelor) and some experience within biochemistry. Work experience in a highly-regulated environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- HPLC, Western blot, SDS-PAGE
- Microbiology, environmental monitoring, endotoxin tests
- UV, pH, colour tests
- Method development and validation
- Administrative duties
Profile
- HBO degree in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or a related field
- Starters are welcome to apply, relevant work experience is also appreciated
- Experience with quality guidelines (GMP or ISO) is a plus
- You speak English
