Therefore we are searching for an experienced corporate recruiter who will be responsible for managing the whole recruitment process within our International Headquarters. You will be working closely with the hiring managers of all departments. Besides that you will be involved in various Global Recruitment projects, either as a project lead or as a project team member together with your global colleagues.

The ideal candidate has been successful as a Recruiter in a high paced environment and has experience with effectively attracting new talent, pro-actively advising hiring managers on the right profiles and has developed sourcing & pooling strategies.

What you will be doing

  • Manage the entire life cycle of recruitment within the International Headquarters.Advise & develop the perfect profile during briefings with the Hiring ManagerBe fully in charge of finding the perfect sourcing strategy & attract exceptional candidates across all areas of the businessFind the best matching candidate; therefore youll also actively explore options in your network and talent pools (internal and external)Preselect candidates to suggest the best possible matching candidate to Hiring ManagersAssist & Advise around the perfect candidate experience & interviewingManage the offer- & hiring process
  • Youre on the drivers seat to create & maintain a true on brand candidate experience
  • With your eagerness & drive, you take responsibility to increase your KPIs (candidate experience indicators)
  • Lead & support different recruitment projects together with your recruitment colleagues.

    • What you will bring

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Recruiter within an (international) high pace environment
  • You have a perfect eye for talent and you are eager to approach the best talents pro actively
  • One other foreign language next to fluent English is strongly preferred (e.g. German, Dutch, Spanish, French)
  • Finished studies; at least Bachelors/HBO level, ideally with HR and/or hospitality background preferred
  • You are able to deal with deadlines and multiple priorities, you are pro-active and works independently
  • A relevant global network of talents
