What are you going to do?
As a Financial (Project) Controller, you are responsible for the financial follow-up of our client’s unique timber construction projects. You are the linchpin in their financial administration and play a crucial role in the success of their projects. Your main responsibilities include:
- Ensure the financial follow-up and control of their projects, from start to finish.
- Conducting the entire financial administration, including integrated project administration.
- Preparation of detailed internal reports and periodically discussing and interpreting these figures.
- Act as a point of contact for external financial service providers and partners.
In addition to these core tasks, you will work on designing and implementing dashboards with project KPIs, using tools such as Power BI. You will play a key role in the further development of their administrative project organisation and the optimisation of their planning and control cycle.
Who are you?
For this challenging role, we are looking for a Financial (Project) Controller who recognizes himself in the following profile:
- A completed financial education, preferably at HBO or WO level.
- Several years of experience in a similar role within project-driven environments.
- Experience with project management software and Power BI.
- Strong communication skills and a flexible attitude.
- You are both an independent go-getter and a team player.
- Ownership and a strong sense of responsibility come naturally to you.
- A proactive and positive personality who gets energy from improving processes.
